Seller: You sign a Listing Agreement and compile basic business and financial performance data. TMG: We send your Book, in the strictest confidence, to targeted buyers who have expressed an interest in your business profile. Seller: You do what you do best: take care of business! TMG: We identify a viable buyer, determine that buyer pricing is consistent with seller expectations, arrange preliminary discussions and set up a plant tour. Seller: You conduct the plant tour and provide additional business-related information, if necessary. TMG: We obtain a commitment from the potential buyer in the form of a signed Letter of Intent, and coordinate the due diligence process. Once that is completed, the buyer signs a definitive Purchase Agreement and we establish a mutually acceptable closing date. TMG: Personal Relationships and Hands-On InvolvementSuccess comes from hard work, a willingness to roll up the shirt sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done. You know. You've done it.
